Inside the Club 10 charity dinner that raised almost €100,000

On the evening of May 16, 2024, Kosmopol in Copenhagen was transformed into a beacon of hope and generosity as it hosted a highly anticipated fundraising dinner in support of Red Cross. The event joined the forces of community and compassion in the shared goal to provide clean drinking water to those in need.

A vital cause: The need for clean drinking water

The primary goal of the evening was to raise resources that would allow Red Cross to provide liters of clean drinking water to vulnerable communities.
The need for such an initiative is nothing short of urgent; currently, three out of ten people around the world lack access to clean water, forcing them to drink contaminated water from puddles and rivers. This makes them especially susceptible to life-threatening diseases. A harsh yet very true reality for many, which highlights the importance of projects like these.

Club 10 and Club 100:
The union behind the mission

The fundraising dinner was not just an isolated event, but part of a broader initiative supported by Red Cross’ ambitious Club 10. Among the esteemed members of the 2023-2024 group was our founder, Jannick Lindberg.

In addition to Club 10, Red Cross benefits from the support of Club 100, a larger network of ambassadors, including actors, musicians, TV hosts, and business entrepreneurs. This network, comprising nearly 200 dedicated individuals, plays a crucial role in supporting Red Cross through their expertise and extensive connections.

A successful evening:
Nearly €100,000 raised

The night was not just a celebration of entertainment and community, but a powerful reminder of the difference that compassionate individuals can make when they come together for a common cause. And at the end of the night, nearly €100,000 was raised for the purpose.

As the guests departed, they left with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to supporting Red Cross in its ongoing mission to provide essential resources to the world’s most vulnerable populations. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in and supported the event.
